Through Cleaning :- |
• |
Unlock the Checknut Ring (Turn Anti Clock wise) and then rotate the Pointer (Pressure Plant with Upper Stone in side) till the Pressure Plate comes out.

Clean the inside Grinding Chamber with the help of Wire Brush and Tooth Brush. Also clean the threads of pressure plate and chamber Ring.

Don't forget to keep the S.S. Wave Washer on the Chamber and then fLX the Pressure plate. |
• |
First turn the pressure plate anticlock wise and then rotate clockwise so that the threads are properly matched. |
• |
Rotate the Pressure Plate till both the Stones Touch (ensure that checknut ring is free) and then adjust the Pointer to required grinding positing positting. Now lock the Checknut Ring by rotating it Clockwise. |

Important :- |

The Pin should be plugged out while Thorough Cleaning. |
• |
See the Checknut Ring is free while rotating the pressure plate. |
• |
Never run the Flour Mill behind 1 No. (Where both Stones Touch) |
• |
To clean the burnt Flour (due to Moist Grain, Dal etc.) Stuck on the stone. Simply grind 200 gms. of wheat between 23/28 no. |

Common Problem & Remedies :- |
| |
Tripping Problem, Motor starts and stops every few minutes. whole
or Partly Grinded Grains, Instead of fours. Motor not running and
making humming noise. |
| |
Tripping Problem, is caused due to any of the following reasons. |
| |
(a) Chamber is overloaded or choked.
(b) Voltage is very low or high.
(c) Pointer is on zero number where both the stones are locked.
(d) The grinding item is moist. |
| |
Whole or partly Grinded Grains instead offlours is because the pointer is one or more thread open. |
| |
For any time of the above problems follow the following steps. |
| |
1) |
Empty the hopper and container. |
2) |
Clean the Chamber from outlet till pressured Air is Free Flowing. |
3) |
Set the point on zero where both the stones are locked and then adjust the pointer to any required grinding position, other the zero. Ensure that checknut ring is free while adjusting the number. |
4) |
First grind only a small quantity and check for the fineness and proper working of the machine. If you are satisfied then grind your required quantity. |

If the Grinding Item is moist it will stick on the stones. Which results to
tripping problem. The best way to clean the stones is to grind 200 gms. of wheat on any coare number between 23 to 28.
Motor not running and making huming Sound, this complain is very rare and is due to clutch setting. Switch off the machine and tap the allum. Cap on the Lower stone with wodden tapper. Now switch on the machine and motor will start.

Precautions :- |

Before using RlDHI SIDHI take thefollowingprecautions: |

Do not run it on low voltage other-wise the motor will stop functioning |
• |
Do not bring the stones too close while adjusting. This results into overloading. Motor will stop functioning. |
• |
Do not grind moist grains. Dry chana dal in the sun or heat it in the vessel before grinding in case if machine stops functioning while grinding chana dal, grind 200 gms. of wheat first and than grind chana dal, machine willfunction smoothly. |
• |
Stones should be cleaned with brush not will water. |
• |
Lock the checknut every time after adjusting the pointer.
Before using RlDHI-SIDHI after a long interval of time, first grind only 100 gms. of grains. |
